As the customer squeezes the bottle, the soda begins to fizz and creates an on-the-go root beer float.

David told the sharks that The Fizz had grossed $84,000 in sales, in the year prior to filming. These sales were generated from various ice cream stores, festivals, and vendors.

The cups do not come pre-filled with ice cream, and many of the sharks expressed initial concerns about the fact that no soda companies or ice cream brands had partnered with David for a licensing agreement.

Kevin Harrington, Daymond John, and Barbara Corcoran said it wasn’t the right investment for them, so they dropped out. Robert Herjavec felt the business was too risky so he dropped out next.

Kevin O’Leary liked the product, but not enough to invest so he too went out.

With no offers from the sharks, David was forced to leave Shark Tank Season 1 without a deal. What happened next for his company? Keep reading The Fizz update to find out!
