Customers can easily book their service through an online platform and when they arrive, they will immediately be escorted to their napping studio. A single power nap is just $9 and lasts for approximately 25 minutes. Daniel told the sharks that he personally invested about $90,000 of his own money to get the company going and to help with the startup costs in general.
The company’s primary ‘napping’ studio is located in Washington D.C. The maximum capacity for a studio at a single time during the day is a little more than a dozen people. This limited capacity would prove to be one of the concerns for the sharks as negotiations pressed ahead towards a conclusion.
Mark Cuban interrupted Daniel during the company’s pitch and simply expressed his concerns about the financial numbers not making sense. Mark dropped out without making an offer and the other sharks quickly followed. Guest shark, Rohan Oza and Robert Herjavec dropped out because they didn’t believe the concept was worth the risk of the investment. Lori Greiner and Barbara Corcoran were the final two sharks to drop out without making an offer, forcing Daniel to leave
