Since Season 1, over 1,000 companies have pitched on Shark Tank. It’s not easy to keep the site up-to-date, but we’ve got a team of die-hard Shark Tank fans who also happen to be professionals in media, business, and entrepreneurship.
We don’t just watch the show—we analyze the deals, track the companies, and bring you the inside scoop so you can stay up to date with everything happening in the Shark Tank world.
Each of us brings a mix of expertise, curiosity, and fandom to the table. Let’s introduce you to the team behind Shark Tank Recap.
Andrew Smith – Editor and Founder of Shark Tank Recap
Andrew is a lifelong fan of Shark Tank and an entrepreneur at heart. He started Shark Tank Recap because he wanted a single place to track what happens to the companies, founders, and deals after they air on TV. With a sharp eye for business insights and a passion for all things Shark Tank, Andrew makes sure every recap is accurate, engaging, and fun.
Before Shark Tank Recap, Andrew wrote gaming guides for top sites like IGN and GameSpot, helping players navigate complex games with clear, practical advice. He later launched his own gaming guides website, built an audience from scratch, and successfully sold the site—bringing his experience in content creation and entrepreneurship to every project he tackles.
