Johnny and Vinny brought Broccoli Wad to
The two guys deliver an entertaining presentation of the product. However, Robert Herjavec is not sure the Broccoli Wad band is worth the valuation.
To make matters worse, Barbara Corcoran immediately goes out, saying that she doesn’t get the product. Although Johnny seems disappointed, he explains that it is a product more catered to men, as they are more used to rubber bands as cash clips.
Guest shark Jeff Foxworthy, says he is interested in the product, because wallets are becoming too big, and other clips just don’t work. Kevin O’Leary wants to know how the product would be sold.
Johnny says the Broccoli Wad package includes four bands and four metal slides. This retails between $10 and $14.
Further, advertising spots have already been created with more cast members from The Sopranos.Â
Additionally, Vinny has set up a deal with some casinos to give out the product and run some promotions. Daymond John asks how much has already been invested in the company, and Johnny says it is around $200,000.
This ultimately takes the sharks by surprise.
When asked what he would spend an investment on, Johnny says that some of the money would eventually go toward advertising on TV. Additionally, he’s looking for sales and marketing expertise. Â
Robert asks why Vinny’s face isn’t on the product, and most of the sharks agree it’s a great idea. With that, Barbara jumps back in, saying she’d get behind the Vinny Wad branding.
On the other hand, Kevin isn’t into it, so he goes out, followed by Jeff and Daymond John.
Barbara makes an offer for contingent on Vinny having his face on the product. The deal is $50,000 for 40% of the company, with half of the percentage going to Vinny.
At this point, Robert goes out saying that Barbara’s deal is great.
Vinny accepts the deal on Johnny’s behalf and gives Barbara a hug. With that, the two leave

Further, we found that the deal with Barbara never closed. However, it seems that Johnny and Vinny eventually took some advice from the sharks about marketing and added Vinny’s face to the packaging.
In a podcast interview with ExtraShockXL, Vinny spoke about a Broccoli Wad update and his partner Johnny. According to Vinny, as soon as they walked out of the tank, Johnny shared that he never intended to take the deal with Barbara and was just there for the exposure.
