Halloween Moments had roughly generated $100,000 dollars in gross revenue, splitting most of the revenue between 2021 and 2022. The good news is that when Halloween arrives in 2022, sales are expected to increase significantly which would provide an overall boost to year-over-year revenue growth.

A single kit costs about $10 in retail stores, but Daryl prices them slightly higher online to cover shipping costs. The manufacturing costs are very low and only cost the company about $1.78 per unit to manufacture.
The sharks were stunned to learn that Daryl had raised more than $800,000 dollars to fund the company. This stunning statement completely affected the negotiations, mainly because the sharks just couldn’t believe that the company required such a significant amount of money.
Daymond John believed that the company had too many partners and raised too much money. Considering that this was a liability to his investment, Daymond couldn’t risk his own money in this deal.
Mark Cuban felt the same way and couldn’t overcome the level of risk that the company posed, so he dropped out too. One by one, allof the remaining sharks dropped out without making an offer.

The Pumpkin Glove Scraper from Halloween Moments is currently available in retail stores like Walmart. The official website continues to carry the product for a slightly higher price point in addition to the Amazon marketplace.
A significant boost in sales was recognized immediately after the episode aired, especially since Halloween 2022 was only weeks away from when the episode originally aired.
