Kyle is taking the initiative by introducing Street FC, a street soccer club built around organized pickup games on public courts, just the way he enjoyed it back in the day. Will he get a deal from the sharks? Find out in our Street FC update and pitch recap.

Shark Tank Street FC Pitch

- Entrepreneur: Kyle Martino
- Business: An app for hosting soccer pick-up games
- Ask: $250,000 for 2.5% equity
- Result: $250,000 for 3% equity plus 2% in advisory shares
- Shark: Alexis Ohanian
After a career-ending injury at 28, Street FC grew out of Kyle’s search for what came next.
Coming to
Kyle shared that soccer has shaped his entire life. He played at the highest levels, from college to Major League Soccer and the U.S. men’s national team.
However, he said his love for the game started much earlier. It began on school blacktops and neighborhood courts. Those unplanned games created a community. Over time, that world disappeared. Street FC was built to bring it back.
The business operates through a mobile app. Players download the app, create a profile, choose their city, and select a game. Once they arrive at the court, a trained game captain runs the session.
The captain provides professional-grade equipment, manages the game, and welcomes players by name. The goal is to turn pickup soccer into a reliable, high-quality experience.
Street FC uses a subscription-based model to generate revenue. Players pay $35 per month for unlimited play or $50 per month for a premium tier with added perks. There is also a $10 pay-per-game option for new or casual players.
Currently, they have about 14,000 active users and expect to host roughly 15,000 games this year.
The company currently runs games in over a dozen cities and hosts more than 400 games per month on underused public courts.
The sharks seemed impressed, except for Mr Wonderful, who was curious to know why the company was valued at $10 million.
Two years ago, the company made just under $500,000. Last year, it reached nearly $1 million. This year, revenue is tracking above $1.1 million.
Kyle says that he partnered with Nike, and they are helping them fund branded street courts with no equity involved.
Daymond John is the first shark out, saying he lost so much in the past after failed soccer license promises went south.
Kendra Scott followed, saying she did not feel she had the expertise to help in the soccer space. Lori Greiner also passed, saying other partners might be a better fit.
But hope came in for Kyle when Kevin made an offer for $250,000 for 7.5% equity, calling it a long-term bet on Kyle’s belief in the sport.
Alexis Ohanian, on the other hand, countered with $250,000 for 5% equity.
Kyle countered Alexis for $250,000 for 3% equity plus 2% in advisory shares. Interestingly, Alexis accepted, and the deal closed.
